- All 18 PCAC plants completed a template listing just 3 of their outreach activities in the past year. In small-group discussion, plant reps discussed their outreach, and reported to the entire group just one activity. A document was compiled and shared with the PCAC mailing list.
- PCAC members and friends were invited to fill out a different template to make plants aware of community organizations needing support. These were not discussed at the meeting but a document was compiled and shared with the PCAC mailing list.
