With recent years bringing flooding, freezes, tornadoes, a derecho, hurricanes – and associated power outages – to Pasadena, PCAC asked county and city officials and two facility reps to describe how government agencies and plants typically prepare for all kinds of natural disasters. The speaker discussed:

PCAC facilitator collected OSHA recordable injury and illness data for PCAC plants, covering both employees and contractors, and created a report and presentation. The report contains details about each plant plus summaries showing the totals for all plants and the trends.
