PCAC is planning a series of meeting on flooding. Flooding is a concern to residents and businesses because of risks to lives and property. Flooding is also a concern because flood waters flow to Galveston Bay and may affect its multiple uses. So we will launch the series with a look at the bay. (Our flooding speakers were not available this month.)
Sasha Francis of the Galveston Bay Foundation will share the Galveston Bay Report Card to update us on a variety of factors that indicate the health of the bay. She also may seek your advice.
