All plants will be asked to complete a template listing just 3 of their outreach activities in the last year, discuss their outreach in small groups, and report out just one highlight per plant to the full group.
PCAC members will also be invited to fill out a different template to make plants aware of community organizations needing support. These will not be discussed at the meeting but, if time permits, those who submit forms may name the organization whose info they submitted.
